The Hidden Gem is newly renovated and offers the convenience of being located in a secluded wooded area in the heart of downtown Franklin, NC. You can literally walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and attractions.

RATES
- Site Rental: Month to month plus electric, water included. The current one month rate is $600.00.
- PLEASE NOTE: Long-term rental guests require a background check. Please call us for any questions at 828-332-4214.
- Electric: $100.00 Deposit. Electric charged monthly by usage on the 15th. (Your deposit is fully refundable after the last electric bill is paid in full. If the last electric bill is not paid in full on time, then the entire deposit is forfeited.)
- Water: Included with monthly site rental
- Sewer: Included with monthly site rental
AMENITIES
- Clean and well-maintained bath house with two (2) full bathrooms
- Coin laundry facilities equipped with two washers and dryers. There is also a change machine installed in the laundry room.

- Each Site is equipped with a grill and picnic table
- Community Fire Pit
- Trash dumpster on site for residents
