The new owner of Hidden Gem RV Park in Franklin, North Carolina is currently working to renovate the Hidden Gem Apartments which are located adjacent to the RV Park.
Each apartment is being remodeled with new laminate flooring, appliances, bathroom remodel, HVAC, etc.
There are two apartment floor plans ... a one bedroom and a two bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE: There are currently no vacancies and the wait list for an apartment is quite long.
